We are a small, expert team building a different kind of foreign exchange company. If you care about craft, client outcomes, and doing things the right way, you will fit right in.
We are not a fintech trying to be a tech startup. We are a specialist financial services firm built on deep expertise, strong relationships and a relentless focus on client outcomes. That means the work is serious, and the standard is high.
In return, you get real responsibility from day one, direct access to leadership, and the satisfaction of working somewhere that genuinely does right by its clients.
View Open Roles →You will not be lost in a large organisation. At Dinheiro, every person's contribution is visible and valued. The decisions you make affect real clients with real money at stake.
Our founders and senior team bring decades of institutional foreign exchange and payments experience. You will learn from people who have operated at the highest levels of the market.
We promote from within wherever possible. As Dinheiro grows, the team grows with it. We are interested in building long-term careers, not filling short-term seats.
We do not cut corners for clients, and we do not cut corners for our team either. Fair pay, clear expectations, honest feedback and genuine respect for the people who work here.
We believe that looking after our people is not a nice-to-have. It is fundamental to building a business that lasts.
We benchmark salaries against the market and aim to be in the top quartile. Strong performance is reflected in your pay, not just your appraisal.
All permanent staff are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to both business performance and individual contribution.
Our base is Canary Wharf, London. Most roles are hybrid, typically three days in the office and two from home, with flexibility for exceptional performance.
Comprehensive private medical cover from day one for all permanent staff, with the option to extend cover to your family at a subsidised rate.
25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays, rising to 28 days after three years of service. We also close between Christmas and New Year.
A dedicated annual budget for professional development, including foreign exchange and payments qualifications, industry courses and external training programmes.
Do not see a perfect fit? Send us a speculative application. We always want to hear from exceptional people.
We keep our process straightforward and respectful of your time. From first contact to offer, most roles are completed within two to three weeks.
Send your CV and a brief cover note via the form below or by email to careers@dinheirogroup.com. We review every application personally.
A 30-minute conversation with our HR lead to understand your background, motivations and what you are looking for. We will also tell you more about the role and the team.
A structured interview with the hiring manager and one other senior team member. For specialist roles, this may include a short technical element relevant to the position.
If it is a good fit on both sides, we move quickly. Subject to standard reference and background checks, we aim to have an offer with you within 48 hours of a final interview.
From the people who work here every day.
"I joined Dinheiro two years ago from a large bank. The difference in pace and ownership is remarkable. I handle client relationships end to end; there is no one to pass the problem to, which is exactly how I like it."
"The learning curve is steep, but the support is there. Within six months I was talking to clients directly and managing my own book. I do not think I would have had that opportunity anywhere else at my level."
"As a compliance professional, it matters to me that leadership actually cares about doing things properly. At Dinheiro, compliance is not an obstacle. It is part of how the business is built. That is rare."
Fill in the form below and attach your CV. We will be in touch within two working days.
Dinheiro is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences and identities. All recruitment decisions are made on the basis of merit, skill and business need.
